Today’s feature: Reverend Spirits Bourbon Age: 4 years 3 months. Mashbill: 21% rye, 9% malted barley, 70% corn. Barrel: #3 char Nose: vanilla, toffee, dark cherry, apple. Body: full bodied, hints of caramel, dried fruit, tobacco leaf, oak. Finish: spice turning to sweet corn, moderate lingering.
