The Kitchen Manager will hire qualified Pizza Cooks, Saute Cooks, Line Cooks, and Prep Staff, will set team work schedules, will oversee food prep, and will make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations. We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant kitchen runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences. The Kitchen Manager must have basic computer skills being able to use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and OneDrive daily. The Kitchen Manager must have reliable transportation.
