We are hiring two Daytime Bar Managers, one for Cogans Pizza North and one for Hank’s Filling Station, both in North Colley in Norfolk. These manager slots pay a high competitive rate + tips, and are full-time positions.
Requirements:
– Must be available for opening and daytime bar shifts.
– Must also be available for nights, weekends, and holidays as needed during staffing issues.
– Previous bartending / beertending experience is required.
– Extensive knowledge of craft beer, cocktails, and bourbon is required.
– Being at least 21 yrs. old is required.
Responsibilities:
– Serve delicious beverages with a smile on your face. 😁
– Manage bar inventory.
– Work with GM to hire bar staff.
– Train and oversee bar staff.
– Ensure bar cleanliness and safety.
– Coordinate with marketing to push relevant specials.
– Build relationships with customers.
